Key bridges science & wellness with an extensive backgorund in both. Key has a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering and has worked for 11 years for Fortune 500 companies in MI, TX and CA. She also brings 29 years of experience in the fitness industry. In this role as a fitness professional, she founded and owned an ALL-FEMALE gym for over 12 years. She also has helped with the business development and start ups of area gyms and wellness projects. As a gym owner, her gyms had the distinction of being named "Best in Bradenton" for 8 straight years, being featured in the Bradenton Herald, Sarasota Magazine (twice), and being named a Manatee County Chamber of Commerce's 2019 Small Business of the Year Finalist. Her weight loss clients have also been featured in Sarasota Magazine. Key holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Sports Nutritionist, Running Coach, Resistance Training Specialist, Seniors Fitness Instructor & Spin Instructor. Key also was a 3x TEAM USA duathlete; winning the bronze medal in the 2015 USAT National Championship and has competed in multiple international championship races throughout the years (as part of the USA national team). Key also has conducted numerous Entrepreneurship 101 workshops, Strategic Eating 101 workshops, 6 & 12 Week Weight Loss Programs, has worked with over 100 women clients for weight loss, over 400 clients with training and is excited to make this fusion of experiences available to more individuals and groups; in person and online.

The purpose of Strategic Training 101 is two-fold:
Strategic Training 101's programming (frequency, duration, mode, level of difficulty) is very important and varies based upon the client's fitness level, fitness goals, and for sustaining long term success once goals have been reached.
Strategic Wellness 101 offers training for individuals and in group settings. We have successfully provided training services to over 400 clients of varying ages and fitness levels. Ideally, we like to monitor and pair the Strategic Training 101 & Strategic Eating 101 systems together for best practice and more time & cost efficient results.
The purpose of Strategic Eating 101 is to educate and empower people to fuel strategiclly to optimize nutrient intake that accomodates varying activity levels; while achieving desired goals and expecations whether it is one of the following:
All without COMPROMISING the body's ability to metabolically perform properly.
Stategic Wellness 101 offers individual nutrition coaching/planning for individuals and groups in workshops. We have successfully provided nutritional services to over 100 clients of varying ages and fitness levels. Our primary goal is coaching clients to customize & optimize nutrition that realistically fits what our clients will actually eat and their level of activity. This is accomplished by first gathering client specific data via the Strategic Wellness 101 nurtition assessment and then the appropriate macros and amounts are generated viaStrategic Wellness 101's Nutrition Analysis System (SWNAS).
